“I’ve always loved making fan-trailers. We’ve always seen lots of fan-edits on YouTube, very good edits. Channels like Mr. Krepshus is my main inspiration in making fan-edits.
So, when I made this cut, I wanted to show that a Malaysian film trailer can also be interesting and engaging. If you noticed, our trailers for local films are… well, it’s not good. Thus I made this fan-edit solely to show people that Malaysia can also have exciting trailers which can engage people into seeing more local films.
In short, our local films are improving year on year. Thus our marketing for these local films should ALSO be improving too!”
