Syarikat DC Comics telah mentiriskan pandang pertama untuk novel grafik HOUSE OF EL BOOK ONE: THE SHADOW THREAT, buku pertama di dalam trilogi House of El bagi pembaca remaja yang memaparkan kehancuran planet Krypton daripada sebuah perspektif baru:
- Kehidupan dan kehancuran di planet Krypton – dunia asal Superman bakal diterokai di dalam sebuah trilogi grafik novel untuk remaja yang terbaru daripada DC Comics – berjudul HOUSE OF EL mulai bulan Januari 2021 nanti.
- Komik HOUSE OF EL BOOK ONE: THE SHADOW THREAT adalah nukilan tenaga kreatif yang melibatkan penulis Claudia Gray dan artis Eric Zawadski, disertai pewarna digital Dee Cunniffe serta pereka font Deron Bennett. Novel grafik pertama THE SHADOW THREAT akan mengimbas semula tragedi planet Krypton daripada perspektif dua protagonis remaja: Zahn dan Sera.
- Kehidupan dua darjat berlainan di dalam masyarakat Kryptonian biasanya mensisihkan penduduknya, namun Zahn dan Sera bertemu kerana malapetaka.
“Zahn is a member of the planet’s wealthy elite while Sera is one of the planet’s soldiers. However, when mysterious earthquakes lead to panic and riots, the two join forces to uncover what’s really going on and, along the way – form a bond that will endure past the end of the world.
